Vocal Introduction & Assessment Session
The Vocal Introduction & Assessment session fee is payable at booking. If you enroll in a coaching program within 48 hours of your assessment, the assessment fee is credited toward your program. Assessment sessions are not refundable once completed.
Coaching Programs & Monthly Plans
Coaching programs and monthly plans are prepaid in full before the first scheduled session. Monthly coaching plans reserve a fixed weekly time slot. This reserved time is held exclusively for you. Program sessions are valid within the stated usage window provided at enrollment.
International Payments
Students may book from anywhere in the world. Payments are accepted in USD through secure online checkout. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled automatically by the payment provider or your bank. Any bank or processing fees charged by your provider are the responsibility of the student.
Rescheduling Policy
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. With proper notice, sessions may be rescheduled based on availability. Sessions missed without sufficient notice are counted as completed and are not refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Single sessions and assessment sessions are non-refundable after they are delivered. Coaching programs and monthly plans are non-refundable once started, as scheduling capacity is reserved in advance. If an exceptional situation occurs, please communicate as soon as possible - reasonable solutions may be considered at studio discretion.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures fairness to all scheduled students.
Technical Issues
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a working audio/video setup. If a technical issue occurs on the teacher’s side, the session will be rescheduled. If a technical issue occurs on the student’s side and prevents completion, the session may be counted unless sufficient time remains to continue.
Communication
Scheduling changes and requests should be sent as early as possible through the agreed communication channel.
